Typical T1000R series pool control center has space for 2 timers, and comes with one T104M 240Volt timer. Additional timer mechanism can be added to control lights, etc.

Intermatic pool timers are extremely durable and versatile, and modular so they can be repaired almost indefinitely using ez-to-locate parts

Intermatic t10004rt3 pool timer cycles a loud hum/buzz noise like bad contacts or relay

T10004R control center has one T104 240V timer, with extra space for another timer or freeze control etc.
You can clean up the timer and replace clock motor to stop most noises.
The T104M (M for mechanism-only, snaps into the control center enclosure.
The T104 also snaps out of enclosure using thumb spring located top inside box.
Take image of wires before disconnecting from timer.
The T104 is identical to WH40, same parts, same trippers, same appearance, except with different override lever.
Here are photos of WH40 showing how to take apart timer and clean it, also with links identifying replacement parts:
http://waterheatertimer.org/Photos-of-WH40-timer.html
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-T104-Intermatic-timer.html#T104

If you need to replace timer, it is cheaper to buy the ordinary T104 that comes inside a box and can be snapped out, instead of buying T104M (M for mechanism-only)

Timer will not turn off

Question posted under Intermatic T10004R pool control center.

If installation worked before:
Might be worn 156T1978A tripper.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Intermatic-trippers-and-parts.html#trippers

If this is new installation:
Might be wired incorrectly. Wires from breaker confused with wires from Load.

Pool time switches pool on, but off does not trip off, and can't do it manual. When I push it on off, the pool pump tries to stop but continutes running. Have to use breaker box.

Model number of timer is not known.
Is this new installation? Or installation that worked before and recently stopped working?
If the manual override lever on timer does not turn Load on-off, then 1) wiring is wrong or 2) timer has gone bad or 3) pump has a short.
I suspect a short since you say the pump 'tries to stop running.'

Kreepy kraully not cleaning complete pool

If the pool hose has been connected to the Kreepy Krauly in the one position for a long time, the pool hose gets set is a position so the kreepy Krauly travels ith same path all the time. Try rotating the pool hose 90 degrees and or change the angle of the hose connector in the skimmer box.

T10004 control panel has 240V T104 timing mechanism.

1) You can use T104 timer to control 120volt light if you have a neutral wire:

2) Lights are usually 120Volts with black hot wire and white neutral wire.
3) T104 timer is 240Volts with two hot wires L1 and L2 that can be white-black wires or red-black wires.

Why does the pool light come on without prompt?

Hi
The first thing you need to do is to go into "Program Reveiw" see if any on/off times have been set for the pool light. If no times have been set now lets see if it has been set up as a freeze protect item. Go into the system setup menu then go to freeze protection make sure the light is not set to come on when if the system gos into freeze protection mode.

One other thing to look at when the light was working normally was it Dimmable. What I mean by this is when you would turn it on would the display say 100% and you could use the arrow buttons to turn it up & down. there is a special controller for dimming lights and if that unit is not installed but the Aqualink thinks it is there the light will always be on. To check make sure the display says the light is off. Now look at the outside control box make sure the red light above the aux button for the light is out. check the pool light if it is on the Aqualink thinks it is a dimmer. You have to unasign the pool light as Dimmable for the set-up menu.

I just did a service call on Friday for this problem. New people moved into the house the husband started messing around with the programing. He saw the Dimmable option and thought that would be cool to have. Than he called us saying the light would go out and he couldn't dim it.

Aqualinks are great systems I have been working with all of the automation system for the past 15 years and Jandys systemis by far the best,
Hope this helps

Install a timer to control pool operation

Another option would be to get an electronic timer like the Intermatic P1353 that has 3 circuits on it that you could program to cut on and off at different times. For example, you could have one circuit that controls the pump and turns the pump on, then the second circuit would turn on the booster pump at a set time after the filter pump had come on and then the heater could be set to also run at a preset time after the pump circuit was activated. Since the pump, booster and heater are all 220, it's a straight forward hookup with everything in one timer box.

The lights, as stated before, would be on a separate circuit (110) and have its own timer or photosensitive eye set in line.

Intermatic t10004 control panel trips the circuit breaker

That circuit breaker is letting you know that you've got a problem in the electrical wiring.... What's next is to turn the power off to BOTH legs of the breaker.
Begin by physically inspecting all the connections in the timer box, and at the breaker and all the way to the pump motor. Make sure all connections are dry, and there's no water in any of the conduits...this will cause a short circuit and trip the breaker. If there's any bare power leg wires touching a grounding point , this can cause the breaker to trip. Lastly check the motor on the pump; on the motor end, there should be a cap you can remove and use a crescent wrench to make sure the motor shaft is moving freely. It could be jammed with debris....this happens around my pool often because I'm surrounded by trees with needles. If the motor cannot turn freely, this will cause the breaker to blow... I'm pretty sure that your timer isn't the issue... Please let me know what you find out.
