Question about Teac LT-1 Clock Radio
The Remote Control no longer works. I have replaced the batteries (several times). The remote control function became intermittent and then failed entirely. I do not know if the problem is with the RC-910 hand held remote device or with the signal receiver in the LT-1 unit. Can you help?
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

I have opened the same unit up. The volume control knob moves a plastic paddle against a right & left micro switches. The paddle is connected to the knob by a very thin piece of plastic which breaks very easily. I tried to glue a different piece of plastic on , but it only worked for a little while. It was a pain to assemble & reassemble the unit. I do not recommend trying it. Just buy another remote (about $35.00)!
