Re: I bought Atlantis Quest from Best Buy, it installed...
Looking around online, I'm seeing only a game called Atlantis Quest that's a puzzle game. Check the game's instruction manual for the name of the publisher. You can contact them for support. If they're unable to help you, Best Buy should be able to give you a refund or exchange. Good luck!

there may be a power issue with this card. make sure your power supply can handle the cards demands. also. if your using vista, you may want to switch to xp. i would update my direct x drivers as well.
try to install it in your administrator user( you press F9 in boot and choose safemode) and install the file. if the autorun starts and nothing happen when you press install you restart your computer and install the game on your normal user and the game should work perfect =)
if you have XP you uninstall your game. reboot and press F9. go to safemode and fire up the autorun. if nothing happens when you press install you restart your computer and log in your normal user. Then you install your game and it should work perfectly =) had the same problem in red alert 2 and after i did that i had no problems.
but if you can install it in safe mode just continue and it also should work =) (remember to install it for all users)
Use that link to help you learn more about Direct X, and also find a suitable download for you. A lot of times, on disc copies of Direct X have problems. This may just be one of those cases. Either way, I'd download the newest version you can and install it from there. Every Direct X package has been backwards compatible. So worrying about a newer version being troublesome shouldn't be a problem.
