Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
I'm trying to connect my XBOX 360 to my wireless network via a wired peer connection to a laptop which has wireless connectivity to my network. Will this work? Do I need to run in ad hoc? Do I need to manually enter the IP address, Subnet mask, DNS, etc?? When I run the tests the connection is confirmed, but the IP address test fails. Thanks.
The IP address will fail when it is set on manual, rather than automatic. Be sure, once you enter it, it is set to automatic
