Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
It's fairly simple to replace a flex cable if that's the culprit. This is a flex cable: http://cnn.cn/shop/motorola-razr-keyboard-flex-cable-p-300.html It's got adhesive on it so if you plan on repairing yours, you need to peal your old one off. That's really no big deal, the thing you REALLY need to worry about is damaging your keypad when removing it from your housing. You might want to order a new one just incase for that very reason. Be aware that unlike the V3c's flex cable which is a separate cable that connects to the main board to go up to the upper part of the phone, the V3's keyboard flex has its cable attached, which means you must open the top portion of your phone as well. Opening the bottom part of the phone is simple. Opening the top part is where things get slightly tricky, if you're not careful you could really damage your phone.
