I would also check this one out http://www.illinoisattorneygeneral.gov/consumers/Rest_Assured_Guide_onlineversion.pdf there were alot of recalls on that model. I hope these links help. i have lost the directions to my 4 in 1 simplicity crib, we are trying to convert it to a twin or the daybed but do know how, the manafacturing code is 3804cw and the vender item # 8994w, if u have any info on this bed please let me know.
