I'm not sure you can. I just had mine sent back to the company for repair because I thought the flash had died. The new camera worked until I turned the sound off. Every time. I'm thinking there's a software glitch. I'm going to notify the company in writing and via phone. Maybe do the same?

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program.

Finepix z70 looking for battery door catch can you help

On many cameras it is a small recessed sliding switch actually on the door of the battery compartment, on the baseplate to the right of the tripod socket. There should also be information in the manual to help you.

this mostly happens due to the motor failure or loose-connection of the wire of motor of lens. or some thing must be stuck inside the shutter or motor..

Won't turn on

I've seen a lot of Casio chargers go bad, not charge the battery, and then this is what happens. I've been using an aftermarket charger and battery I got off eBay, and they work great. I've even used the aftermarket charger to "revive" batteries that the Casio charger wouldn't charge up.
