Attach the green ground wire to the frame of the device ... there should be a green screw close by the place you hook up the power.

first of all if its a built in dishwasher under counter by the sink,check for a switch as you may have inadvertentally switched this switch off or unknowingly bumped it with something under the sink,then if it has power to the unit,there is a built in fuse on the control board
