ASUS P4P800 SE power problem

I have a PC with Asus P4P800-SE motherboard and it doesn't turn on when I press the power on button. But the on board power LED lights up when I connect the power supply to AC supply. I have tested it with brand new power supply and still doesn't work. I have also checked the power button for continuity, it works fine. I tried short circuiting the power switch connectors with a screw driver. Still doesn't power up. Can anyone give suggestions on how to fix it?

No. Your board can support any AGP video card.
