Switch is wired wrong.
But not sure how it's wired

Copy following link for wiring 5245 combo 3-way switch outlet.
Also look at illustration just below that shows no-neutral.
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-switches.html#5245

You replaced old 3-way switch.
Wire that connected to dark screw on old switch, connects to dark screw on 5245.
Wires that connected to other two screws on old switch, connect to 2 brass-colored screws on 5245.
Neutral wire must connect to silver screw on 5245.

I replaced a lighted switch which was not working and was not lighted. The new switch does not work and is not lighted.

From what you are stating I am going to make a few assumptions. That the new switch has been connected properly and that the lamp you are supplying works OK in a different outlet. The only thing left to do is to make sure that you have voltage on the switch. Once this has been ascertained, if no voltage, then you have a broken connection or wire on one of your other switches or outlets as the power is simply 'jumped' (in parallel) around the house from switch to switch or outlet to outlet. If the switch has power, make sure that it is indeed going through the switch when activated. If it is, then the break is between the switch and the outlet. A cheap non contact 'voltage stick', which is a tester which has audible and visual indication when it comes near voltage is a good tool to have if not adept with electrics. Please be careful. Replacing a switch outlet combination with a switch GFCI outlet combination and there is only one cable in the box (14/3)

If it worked before, it should be a wire to wire replacement. You are replacing a regular switch/outlet with another switch/outlet which just happens to be a GFI outlet.
Wire the old switch wires to the new switch and the old outlet wires to the new outlet.
Cut the breaker/s off first !!

Microwave has no power when plunged in

1) Plug the microwave into the outlet if the microwave won't power up. Make sure the plugs on the microwave match the type of outlet. A four-pronged outlet can only be used with a four-pronged plug. Same with three-pronged outlets---they only work with three-pronged plugs.
2) Inspect the plug. Make sure it hasn't been cut or tampered with. Four-pronged plugs can't be cut down to fit a three-pronged outlet. Three-pronged plugs mustn't be forced into four-pronged outlets. A three-pronged plug mustn't be used in a two-pronged outlet, either.
3) Replace blown fuses, or if there's a circuit breaker, check it for tripped breakers. Sometimes the trip won't be obvious, so cycle the circuit breakers. Turn them all the way off and then back on again.
4) Plug another appliance in the outlet. You will find this easier with three-pronged appliances. Simply plug a toaster, or other appliance into the microwave's outlet, and see if it works. If it works, you know the problem is with the microwave, not the power circuit. Have the microwave serviced or replace it. If the toaster or other appliance doesn't turn on, you know the problem is with the circuit.

Should a twoway room fixture actually be a three way ?!?!

The leviton 5603 switch described in the header is a three way wall switch.
I think what you are asking about is what electricians refer to as a "three way switch"
This is basically one outlet or device connected to two wall switches. 1) switch, 2) outlet or light fixture, and 3) another wall switch, three components, thus a three way switch. Installing or converting a fixture or outlet from standard to three way is something i would recommend contracting out to a licensed electrician. Unless you are really comfortable with electrical work.
It is a possibility that your wall outlets are already set up to be a three way switch. A lot of houses have this feature especially at the top and bottom of a stairway, depending on when your house was built. If it is not already configured it could mean stringing new wire behind the drywall which most often means tearing some of the drywall out so that it can be stapled to the studs and meet required building codes.
If, before the changes were made, you were able to turn on the light from either of the wall switches then you will only need to connect the wiring correctly at each of the components.
If you google 3-way switch you will find a ton of great info and wiring diagrams that will help you see exactly what goes into making them work, since they can be wired more than one way. It could help you decide whether or not it is a job you want to tackle on your own or if you want to hire a contractor.
Let me know if I didn't explain something clearly.

My brakes work but my brake lights don't work i have changed thee switch and bub and none of the three bubs will work i need help

The next thing you should do is check the fuses. If you did this then you need to check for a wireing problem. I hope this helps. Don't forget to rate my answer.

Won't power on

Yep, Stop buying this printer. I doesn't work. You think it might have anything to do with the outlet you are using. I'm thinking some type of power surge or short hit all three printers with the same outlet. Did you plug all three in the same outlet "first thing" when you got the printers home? Are you using a power strip? I find that kind of strange for all three having the same problem. How long did the last printer you bought work? You said it worked great with the old power cord. Plug something else in the outlet like a lamp and see if the cord gets hot. I know that doesn't sound much like a solution but you gotta try something. Printers are getting expensive. Let me know what you did. I'd like to get to the core of this problem.
