Draw cover broken at hinge. Need to replace the draw cover.

I was able to get online and go to and order the part. Figure I am not the only one that has had the draw cover to break. Noted that all of the next generation French door models no longer have that style of draw cover. The idea was good but not very practical.

something jammed or fallen on both openings

call a fridge repairer first
those doors cost a lot to replace
maybe the fridge guy can you undo the top hinge of the french doors

if the freezer draw handle is broken you might need his help with that anyway

Install a new hatch on your boat

Replacing old and damaged hatches on your boat is not a difficult or time consuming task. You will only need a few tools to replace the hatch. You will need some starboard (poly-sheets), screws, hinges, a drill, a saw, a screw driver, sealant and a sander.

Using the old hatch cover as a guide draw an outline on the starboard for your new hatch cover. Then using a saw and a guide cut out the hatch covers and sand the corners down so they aren't sharp and to round the edges all the way around.

If you need to add a finger hole to lift the hatch, measure and mark the place where you want to add the hole. Using a hole saw drill out the hole and sand out the inside and edges to make sure there are no sharp or jutting edges.

Go to the boat and using epoxy or an equivalent sealant to fill the old screw holes. Wait for the sealant to cure before moving on to the next step.

Lay the hatch cover over the hole on the boat and align the hinge and draw in where the screws go. Take your drill and make a hole for the screws to go in. fill the holes with sealant and screw the screws into the holes through the hinge. If there is any sealant overflow wipe it up carefully with a cloth. On the other side of the hinge repeat the previous steps being careful not to drill all the way through.

Once you have attached both of the hinges you are all ready to go!

Main Draw (large Capacity) has a problem open and close front door if the code comes back then you probability have a broken gear in the 3 draw lift system. Usually the gear gets rounded out in the center. gear is black and located behind several gears behind the front cover of the draw

no need to replace plate . just drive out the old broken stud . insert new bolt and draw into hole with the nut

Electrical disconnect Draws #2 draw #3 draw #4 and Draw #5 all connections for each of those draws is in the rear middle cover. Also remove the job tray that the device where the paper comes out for faxes print etc. leave only draw one connected power off the machine turn back on after ten seconds. if the code is gone have a bad draw (s) if it comes back replace the main board if you can find one. The Di251 is legacy machine Minolta is now Konicaminolta. If the code did not come back your going to start connecting each draw back one at a time. Fig out which one(s) is causing the problem

My fisher&paykel 2 double dish washer works just fine no codes come up at but beeps from top one while running and even if it is not in use any time drawer is shut it beeps

If you find the dish wash makes the noise like the draw has been open and its mainly at night you most likely have cockaroaches. The dishdraws have infared sensors to tell it that the draw is open which works like a beam of light. When the beam of light is broken the draw thinks its open. When a cockie runs across the beam it blocks the light and the draw thinks its open. Get a good qulity surface spray and spray right around the door as they enjoy living near the warm CPU board. Most people don't realise they have cockies there untill i pull the draw cover off and show them.

Minolta Copier EP 6000 copier error codes: C:C0010, C:C0992, C:C0410. Any ideas what these mean?

As for the C0992 code that deals with a paper draw fault, looking at the control panel do you see a small wrench located at the left hand lower corner. Touch it , it will take you to another screen when there open and close the front door, if the code comes back you have problem with main draw.

The C0410 is a problem with the very, bright lite under the big glass is bad. try to reset, open the front door to your left is a small access plate open and press trouble reset, if the code comes back replace the exposure lamp.

C0010 code main motor fault, remove the fuse unit the hot part and check for broken gears check the section where it goes look in the back for broken gears, remove the drum assy. check for broken gears, open close the front door to reset, If it comes back get a new main motor and or main control board,

The pressure will not build up

Remove the air from the compressor using the drain valve.
Remove the discharge hose. The one that goes from the pump to the tank.
Remove the air filter (and check condition)
switch the compressor on an with your hand, partially cover the air intake where the air filter bolts on(be carfull not to fully cover it).
You should feel the pump drawing air in.
If it dosn't draw you have a broken/leaking valve or a blown cross-over gasket if it is of the type with a split valve plate.
You'd need to remove the head/valves/plate to confirm this.

If it did draw in air,
Stop the compressor & re-fit the discharge hose.
Now run for a few seconds and check the draw again.
If its suction reduces you also have a valve/plate/cross-over gasket problem.

If it draws fine.

stop the compressor and loosen the discharge hose at the tank end.
You may hear a short air leak at first, but you should not hear air contniously leaking.
If it continiously leaks air then the check valve in the tank is shot.
NOTE: NEVER remove this valve if the compressor has air in the tank/receiver.
This should locate your problem for you.
