This is dumb, but I dont have the manual for my iFP-390T and I haven't used it in ages. Could somebody just tell me how to get to the menu where you can browse all the MP3 files on it? Thanks.
You can get it from the iRiver american web site. The page includes manuals, firmware and the Music Manager software to download the music from your PC. I think there is firmware available that makes the ifp player appear as a USB mass storage device, so you can drag and drop in windows, without having to start the Music Manager software, though I don't have a link for that

Yes, I have one of these as well... mine's not able to read the file types I stupidly loaded on it, but I know how it works. The way to get to the selection menu is to hold down the record button (has a single red dot on it) and the options come up, then you use the joystick to move sideways to the item you want and push the play/pause button to select what you want (in your case mp3)

Hi there,
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
Here's a link to this great service
Good luck!
