Flashes message no program information

Flashes of messages: "no program information", "component 2...", etc. Flashes can last from 30 sec to 1 hr, then stop for the remainer of the day most of the time. Very random.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

SOURCE: LG 42LC2DR

I have pulled apart my LG LCD tv and discovered the power supply has a blown capacitor and a fried ic on the other side of the board. Ok off to the all knowing, all seeing, internet to find a replacement one. However, it seams everyone is out of stock of PSU: 6709900017A YP4201 Rev 3, PCBs. Has LG provided an alternative? Perhaps because of a persistent failure of this board. If so, does anyone know what that P/N might be? Would be very helpful to know it. Thanks Rick W.

Wii has started turning itself on with blue light displaying.

If your Wii does not actually turn on, as in you could see it on the TV if you had your TV on, then you either got a message on your message board from Nintendo informing you about new Channels, Updates, etc, if it flashes slowly, then gives 2 quick flickers then it is a system update.
Hope this answers your question! ~Flascher

When I start my car, it is running rough, must keep on full throttle or it quit running.will not idle at all.

Do you know how to retrieve fault codes by cycling key, on, off, on,off, on, and leave in on position & count flashes from check engine light. 2 flashes , pause, 2 more flashes, is code 22. 3 flashes, pause 3 more, is code 33 etc.... Get back to us with those codes if any. By the way code 55 means end of message.

Loss of power

Have you cycled key to see if there are any trouble codes stored?
On,off,on,off,on. Leave in on position (not start) and count any flashes from check engine light. 2 flashes, short pause, and 2 more flashes =22. 3 flashes, pause, 3 more is code 33. etc when you get code 55, that's end of message.Let us know if anything comes up.

Program garage door opener.

press the two outside buttons at the same time. Hold while message reads "clearing codes"
Once you get a cleared message. hold the button that you want to program as your remote and press it down. The light will flash slowly. Take your remote in your other hand and hold it about 3 inches from your review mirror as close to the windsheild as possible. You must do this as soon as you press your designated button on the panel. Hold until your green light starts flashing fast. Once it flashes fast it means you have programmed your button properly.

Suggestions - do not do this in front of your garage as you remote will make you door go up and down the whole time. Also - make sure your batteries are new in your remote so you get a good signal to your button. Last thing - if one remote does not work after a couple of tries - use another remote.

Change ringer tone

Message/Ringer Lamp: The Message/
Ringer lamp informs you visually that you
have a message or a call.
When you receive a call, the lamp
flashes depending on the ringing pattern.
When the ringing pattern is set to Single
(Slow flash), Double (Moderate flash), or
Triple (Rapid flash) in your PBX, the lamp
flashes. When the other ringing patterns
are set in your PBX, the lamp may not
flash. (e.g., S-Double, Call Waiting
Tone1).
When someone has left you a message,
the lamp is lit continuously.

Please note that the above indicates that ring patterns are set in the the PBX. These are issues that require a real person to sit at the main system and program the features that users need. I hope you have an I.T. person that knows your phone system. If you don't, you'll have to find a communications company in your area that can program your system. Thanks for using Fixya.

2. To hear your messages, press and release the PLAY control. Your unit will automatically
reset after messages are played.

After the last message and 2 beep tones, press the STOP/SAVE control.

IN CASE OF POWER FAILURE OR IF ANSWERING SYSTEM IS NOT OPERATING PROPERLY

If a power failure occurs or the plug comes out of the wall, your unit will shut down until the power is restored. One 9-volt battery must be installed to retain your personal greeting message and incoming messages during the power failure. Occasionally outside factors, such as power surges, may adversely affect the unit. If the unit is not operating properly or if the light continues to flash once power is restored, try these steps:
1. Unplug the AC adapter from the power outlet.
2. Remove the 9-volt battery. Replace with a fresh 9-volt battery.
3. Plug AC adapter back into power outlet.
4. When your unit is initially plugged in, it will check its memory for approximately 3 seconds.
Three deep tones will be heard if you attempt to record a greeting message before this
period.
5. Record a new greeting message.
