When i used to take some camera shot, i got the message "Memory Full. Please delete some files"although it is having enough memory
So one thing you can try is rebooting your phone,
next you can try pulling out the battery and plugging it back in seeing if this solves the problem.
Also, if it is an external memory card you can try taking it out and putting it back in.
