Hello blue screen of death means you have a bad driver
somewhere on the system.
Try to boot up in failsafe mode by pressing F8 under restart
Select to boot with network support.
enter the device manager under graphic and see how old
the driver is.
You can try to renew the driver.
What does the bsod tells you ??
there is typical a failure code.
Try also the manufactures home page in seach for drivers.

your problem is in blue video output circuit.
as you are seeing lines with blue color
those lines are called retrace lines.
