Question about DeLonghi Cooktops
I need to connect a delonghi 4 plate hob model:''604HX'' to a kelvinator oven.
The delonghi hob has 4 plastic clip in plugs but the kelvinator stove only has a chocolate box to connect the 4 wires per plate to the stove. I need to find the wiring diagram to determine wich wire color needs to go in which specific chocolate box hole.
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

SOURCE: Wiring installation
You do need a 208/240 volt supply from your service panel. The green is ground, white is nuetral, and the red and black should measure 120 volts each to ground or 240/208 between each other. It is normal for most breaker panels to supply 208/240 between adjacent insulators. If you are only getting 1/2 of that then the circuit breaker may not be straddling the insulator bar but be 1/2 notch out and both breaker pins contacting the same 110 supply.

SOURCE: wiring a cooker top
Thios induction hob (Electrolux) has 4 wires - Y/G, brown. blue and black.
The Y/G is obviously the Earth conductor, and I would assume normality says that
Brown is the live conductor and Blue the neutral conductor.
The quandry is whether or not to disconnect the black wire completely, as this appears to have no function in a domestic wiring circuit.

The details of how to wire the T1213 hob are printed on the base of the hob next to the terminal compartment. For a single cable installation, Neutral is connected to terminals 4 & 5 which should already be linked with a copper link. Terminals 1,2 & 3 should be linked together using the links supplied (hidden in the side of the terminal compartment) and Live is connected to any one of 1,2 or 3. The Earth goes to the terminal beside the cable clamp.

L1 and L2 connect to the black and red. White connects to White. Green connects to the electrical box if it is made of steel and is grounded. Otherwise the green connects to the whites
