Is this a power on password? Or a windows password?
As long as I have worked on laptops, never seen one that had a password jumper. Now, I'm not that familiar with the Durabook. But my guess would be, they are just like the rest.
System passwords are not meant to be easily removed. Since laptops are easily stolen these days, system passwords are sometimes a real pain to clear.
You can look inside for a CMOS battery and try removing it to see if that removes the password. This works on some older laptops. But in todays age, alot of manufacturers have resorted to storing the system password on a different chip, outside of the cmos chip.
You may need to send it in to the manufacturer to have it removed. Or there are some other, more complicated measures that can be taken to attempt to clear it.
