Question about Sharp AL 1631 Copier
This new cartridge installed in a sharp photocopier machine but after installing it the machine didnt respond properly dont know why means not even a single respong it didnt even warm up like they do when u start them up just like a pc hangs some one said thar there may be a difference in model no from uae and europe stuff.
Thats so true - the Chinese **** on the market is just doing horrendous things to copiers out there. I remember we had Katun - all their stuff was great and cheap but these days anything aftermarket has been slapped together in some greasy sweatshop in some god forsaken corner of the globe then western customers go and put this stuff into their multi thousand dollar office machines thinking everything will be fine - very risky.

Is this new cart. an Original manuf. cart. or after market?? If it is an after market you have to read very carefully. You have to make sure it says, ' for use in' not ' can be used in'. The problem with SOME 'can be used in' products are that there could be just a slight difference in the part ( in this case the toner cart.). Take the new cart. out of the machine and install the old cart. back into the machine.... does the machine sound like old --- even if the device gives you a message like ' replace toner cart.' ?? If so you have a bad cart. or you may have installed it wrong. Try the new cart. once again but do not force. Does it work? If not contact the company you purchased it from and tell them the problem, most companies will work with you. Again, if you are buying after market supplies make sure if states 'for use in'.
