2008 chrysler aspen radio on and off randomly any one no why are shorts common

It is not a short circuit. That would blow a fuse. There may be a problem with the on/off power button on the radio itself.

Aspen rear seat monitor does not work

Remove it and repair it. If you can't repair it, take it to a person who repairs computer monitors/TVs for repair.

The radio in our 2008 Aspen is not working at all. The fuse is ok. Is there a way to reset the radio?

Hello, Besides the fuse in the car fuse box, behind the radio you should have another fuse that goes into the power line of the radio "most radio's do" . Tho some don't. That may be what has blown that is keeping it from turning on. I would suggest removing the unit from your dash and check the fuse behind there. Hope that helps ya.
