Good evening. i have a jvc gz-mg77aa/ag/ah/as GZ-MG67AA/AG/AH HARD DISK CAMCORDER. I HAVE HAD IT APPROXIAMATELY 3 YEARS. I STARTED VERY WELL WITH IT. VIDEOING AND BURNING TO A DVD AFTER EDITING. ALL OF A SUDDEN I COULD NOT BURN TO DISC. I PUT THE CAMERA AWAY FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS. I WAS ASKED TO VIDEO A WEDDING WHICH I DID A LOVELY JOB OF BUT I STILL CAN NOT GET IT TO BURN TO THE DVD. I HAVE ASKED MANY PEOPLE AND GONE TO MANY PEOPLE AND NO ONE IS ABLE TO HELP ME. I FEEL REALLY DISAPPOINTED. ARE YOU ABLE TO GIVE ANY SUGGESTIONS. THANKYOU CHERYL

Can you copy your images to your hard drive. if you can then you should be able to burn a disc.it sounds like the software for the camera isn't working try to reload software and make sure the battery is full charged . sound like the dvd burning in the camera went south.

Communication error appears in harddrive camcorder JVC EVERIO GZ MG330A , battery doesnt work

Check your battery contacts and camera's battery terminals for some dirt. If not from there, your battery needs replacement. When buying new one, test it first before leaving the store, its because even new one(old stock) might have the same problem. Good luck

could be that BATTERY lost its capacity to store energy , or check the contacts make sure there clean , use a Q tip and alcohol , hope it helps , AJ
