I want to hook up my computer to my tv. Is there a plug.

Check your tv for a blue DB15 port. That would a direct connection for your computer. All you need is the monitor connectio cord from your monitor. If you monitor is hard wired you can buy monitor cables at local electronic stores for about 10 dollars.

You are only have 5v standby circuit working, the problem can be in the main control board (not sending signal to turn on the main power supply sections) or the main power supply sections are bad.

Simple! it's because one of your cords isn't plugged in to the television! To fix this, go behind your t.v. and look for cords fallen out.
