this may be because you have recently done something to ur phone i would say try resetting it or sending back to carrier to get fixed or at least have them send u a new phone

Answer the call then scroll to the right to increase the volume of the earpiece. Scroll to the left to decrease the volume. You will see the volume bar increases or decreases as you adjust it. The scroll keys are also called the navigation keys. They are the ones used when you navigate the menu up, down, left, or right.
