Child lock will deactivate only in the original programme that it was activated in. If you have forgotten the orginal programme, try deactivating separately in each programme. To deactivate child lock press the clock key for 5 seconds.
You are using an incompatible wash powder for your machine. If you're in India (the WM A 0716 was an India-only model) then some of the cheapest domestic brands are really poor quality and some of the established major brands are counterfeit products.
Most powders contain some insoluble components which should be rinsed out, so the rinse cycles are not working correctly. This can happen if the wash load is too big for the machine and fails to allow space for the rinse water to circulate, otherwise it's likely a machine fault.
The wash cycle is too cold. You have either selected too low a temperature or the machine has a failed heating element.
If the machine is faulty then you will need to contact Siemens for repair.
The error message "Err" usually indicates that the wash program and option are not compatible. 40 degrees and 900 rpm Spin should be o.k.. I would try another wash program with no special options and see if the problem goes away.
