You have almost answered your own question.
The HDMI does not output sound so use it for the video only and run another cable for audio,
be it RCA or Digital Coax.

Can't get sound when plug my Lg tv to my Yamaha amp model ax-396

What sockets are you using on the LG TV to connect to the amp?

Having viewed the back of that Yamaha amp, it has no digital inputs, for either coax or optical. Many modern TV's have no RCA audio out connectors. Though people think the component RCA type connectors are these. In fact connecting the amp to them will produce no sound at all.
If the TV has a scart socket you can get a scart to phono out lead and use the audio out from that, providing you are not using the scart socket for a video device. If you are you will need to also buy a scart switching box see image(s) below. These often have RCA audio out sockets on them so you wouldn't need the lead.
Both available on Amazon.
Alternatively you can consider upgrading your amp to one that has digital inputs. Thus getting Dolby Digital, if the TV has HD channels built in.

I would like to find out how to play audio from my panasonic viera tx-40cx400b tv/other devices e.g. xbox one etc through to my Teac A-H300 amplifier.

Having looked at the TV, you will have a lot of problems trying to connect to that amp. The TV has a digital optical out output only. The disc player you mentioned will also be out only. You need a optical "in" for them both. The TV has no analogue out sockets. The only chance you might get any sound out is via the scart socket. If that is fully wired, then the scart might produce L&R analogue out. A scart plug with RCA connections (make certain it has both audio in and out) might produce some sound for the amp.
Otherwise no chance!

The amp you have was not made to work with digital signals. The TV will produce high quality Dolby 5.1 sounds. Assuming you get the scart to produce the sound, then you will only get stereo sound, little better than the TV itself!
I therefore recommend you get a decent digital amp that you connect all your future devices too. One that has HDMI connectors as well as at least two optical inputs.
Onkyo make some excellent models. For example this model would do the job Onkyo TXSR444 Home Cinema Receiver.

What is the best cable to connect nad7050 to a pc in 24' length?

Stereo shielded coax. BT3002 would work very well as it is double shielded micro-coax, so it is small enough for two cables to fit in to the shield jacket of a 3.5mm plug.

Hello i was wanting to know if i could hook up my AX-596 amplifier to my Yamaha HTR-5860 reciver

I assume you want to slave it to the receiver and drive some more speakers with it.

Connect some RCA cables from whichever channel pre-outs you want on the HTR-5860 to any input on the AX-596.

Set the AX volume to something sufficiently high, run through the HTR's speaker level setup and match the AX volume to match the channels on the receiver. Then leave the AX's volume alone.
---

If you just want the AX to have access to program sources of the HTR, run the RCA cables to it from one of the VCR1 or 2 Out (but DO NOT select whichever one you use via the front panel). These are not affected by the HTR's volume controls.

My Yamaha HTR 5920 Amplifier

1-first try to keep good ventilation around it and confirm that the air flow in and out is completely free from any blocking thing.
2-clean it by air blower.
3-if you use remote control to power it keep it far away and all other remotes also.
4-disconnect all your speakers---- and try to test the amp one by one.until you find the bad one and change it-----if all above not working you must send it to service center near you.

No sound through the speakers...

It may be the PS3
you have to select Optical Out 5.1 etc first.
That PS3 is not user friendly at all.
