Re: Sgs 5310

If it's out of warranty you might open it and visually check for leaked or bad capacitors. Measure supply voltages too.

Since the fan is spinning, the power-supply is at least partially OK -- it must supply several different voltage-levels. Try a different power-supply.
Or, "dead" CPU, or "bad" RAM.

How can I reboot my laptop

During the boot process you will see on the screen to press a certain key to enter setup

Press and hold that key during the boot up process to enter BIOS using the arrow keys you can load failsafe defaults or load optimized defaults ,press escape then press f10 to save to cmos to restart You will also need to set the time and date

or you might go for factory defaults

Restart your computer now as soon as you hit the power button keep on holding Alt key & keep on tapping F10 key Alt+F10 it will open the recovery console select full factory restore and follow on screen instruction

this may vary depending on your computer and operating system

(Note:this will erase all datas on the computer)

hope this helps you

Port forwarding only applies when you have a router.
You're on a PC with a direct link to internet.
So... there must be a software firewall, like the one in windows? disable it.
Try again...
I'm not familiar with nokia 5310... does it create a lan connection? or is just like some other regular modem?!
maybe your operator is blocking that kind of traffic.

Dfl-1600 sytem restart

Sounds like the firmware is looping for some reason. Try this to reset defaults:
Step 1: Make sure the unit is powered off.

Step 2: Press and hold the reset button located on the back of the firewall. While continuing to hold the reset button, power on the firewall.

Step 3: Continue to hold the reset button for 30 seconds after the unit is powered on.

Step 4: Release the reset button and the firewall will be at factory default settings.
