I am having dificultys getting my emachines m5310 laptop apart

If U can't find it just go to device manager, find wireless device and you can enable or disable by choosing it

I strongly suggest you to replace it with a new battery.

The inverter is in the screen

If you just did a memory upgrade then the new chip is either not seated properly or the wrong type or even bad. Since it won't boot the problem is the ram in memory slot one. You need to rock it a bit to make sure it is seated before snapping it in. If it is the wrong speed or type you need to exchange it. It can also be bad but that usually means a counterfeit these days or you gave it a static shock and burned it out..

If you put your old ram back in you should be able to work again until you get the ram replaced.

Could be the Ac -DC adapter is faulty .
Suggest taking laptop to where you bought it and asking if they can check it with a different Ac-DC power adapter .

Try to perform power drain on the motherboard.

heres the steps:
take out the battery
unplug the power adapter
press and hold power button for 30secs
put the battery back in
plug in the power adapter
power on the computer

if same issue will happen then you need a battery replacement.
