Slot problem in Career mode for Top Spin 2

I can't seem to play any tournaments on my TS2 game in career mode. I've ran out of money for training and can't go any further in the Career. The directions are to select Right trigger to show tournaments available and Left button to get the correct slot, but the left button does nothing and every time i try to select a tournament it say that the slot is not available. Please help.

Beginner tips for F1 2010

On September 24 the formula of the first game for Xbox 360 and PS3 came out in 2006, created by Codemasters. Since I had the game who played the career mode and online, until now, I prefer to play against real opponents, such as line speed racing. The career mode, I started this treatment and had 10 points for my first season when my team had 0 points, but the team did not renew my contract so he moved to Virgin Racing. The career mode is very good, but I was disappointed by the media interviews that seem to ask the same questions after each race. But overall a very good game and by far the best formula for a game created. To this end im going to give advice on how to win (or finish in the top 3) racing online.
Instructions how to play the game of life

Instructions: (from E-how)
  1. Set Up
    • 1

Set up the game by laying out the game board and attaching buildings to the empty lots.

    • 2

Mix up the LIFE tiles, and place them LIFE-side-up near the game board. Take four tiles from the top of the pile and place them in the Millionaire Estates lot.

    • 3Shuffle each deck of cards (Career, Salary, House and Stock) and place them facedown beside the game board. Place the Automobile Insurance, Homeowner's Insurance and Bank Loans in piles near the board as well.

    • 4

Select a banker to be in charge of money paid to and from the bank. The banker begins the game by distributing $10,000 to each player.

    • 5

Each player should select a car and place a person peg in the driver's seat.

    Game Play
    • 6

After each player spins the wheel, the person who spins the highest number begins the game. Play continues clockwise.

    • 7

When it is your first turn, you must first decide whether to start a career or start college. If you choose to start a career, place your car on the "Start a Career" space. If you choose to start college, place your car on the "Start College" space.

    • 8

If you have chosen to start a career, have another player help you to draw a career card. The other player will fan out the career cards in front of you, and you may draw one card at random. This is your career. You may not keep a career card that specifies "Degree Required." Repeat this step with the salary card, drawing only one card.

    • 9

If you decide to start college, borrow $40,000 from the bank as your student loan. You will remain in college throughout game play until you reach the space that says "Job Search. Stop." At this point, have another player fan out the career cards in front of you, and draw three cards at random. You may choose which career you desire out of these three. Do the same with the salary card; choosing three cards at random, and selecting which salary card you would like to keep.

    • 10

After your first turn, begin regular game play. When it is your turn to play, spin the wheel and move your car forward the amount of spaces dictated by the number you've spun. If there is already another player on your spot, move ahead to the next free space. Follow the instructions on the space.

    • 11

As you move through the game you will encounter colors on different spaces. If you land on an orange space, simply follow the instructions. If you land on a blue space, you have the option of following the instructions, or ignoring them. Green spaces are "Pay Day" spaces. This means you receive the amount of money listed on your Salary card from the bank. Red spaces require that you stop on that space even if you have not finished your turn, and complete the instructions listed on the space. If you land on a space with the word LIFE printed on it, take a LIFE tile and place it in your pile.

    • 12

Throughout the game there are spaces known as "Career" spaces. These spaces have the symbols of specific careers on the space, and give instructions, typically regarding how much money you must pay the person who holds that career card. If another player has that career card, pay them that amount specified. If you have the career card, pay nothing. If no one has that card, pay the bank.

    • 13

There are several other spaces that require special instruction. If you land on a "Change Career" space during game play, you may draw one Career card at random as your new career. Don't forget that with a new career comes a new salary. Draw one salary card at random. When you land on a "Get Married," "Baby Girl" or "Baby Boy" space, add a person peg to your car. Finally, when you land on "Buy a House," select one house at random and pay the bank the amount listed on the card. If you do not have enough money, borrow from the bank.

    • 14

When you reach the "Retirement" space at the end of the board, game play has come to an end for you. At this point, repay any loans you owe the bank, and place your Career, Salary and House cards out of play, as well as your insurance policies. If you believe you have more money than any other players, retire your car to Millionaire Estates. Otherwise, retire at Country Acres.

    • 15

After each player has retired, all of the players who have retired to Millionaire Estates count their money. The person with the most money gets the four LIFE tiles that were placed there at the beginning of game play. All players then add up the amount of money they have in their LIFE tile pile, and add that amount to their cash value. The person with the most amount of money, combined, wins the game.

Tips & Warnings
  • You may buy car insurance for $10,000 (paid to the bank) at the beginning of your turn.

  • After you own a home you may buy homeowner's insurance at the beginning of any of your turns. The amount you owe the bank for insurance is listed on your House card.

  • You may buy Stock at the beginning of your turn for a total of $50,000 (paid to the bank). When another player spins your number, they then owe you $10,000.

  • Note that any player who spins a 10 owes the player that holds the Police Officer card $10,000 -- but only if the police officer notices. This is called "speeding."

Hi i am looking for the rules on how to play a milton bradley game .... the game is..... game of life and the year was 1978 please let me know asap if you can find me these free thank u

Hello There

Here Follows the how to play and rules of the game enjoy!!!!

Object of Life Board Game:
To win the board game of Life, players must collect as many Life tiles as possible and try to have the most amount of money at the end of the game.

Contents of Life:
Life game board, 6 plastic car pawns, pink and blue "people" pegs, 3 mountains, bridge, 7 buildings, label sheet, spinner, stack of play money, insurance policies and bank loans, 25 Life tiles, deck of 36 cards, banker's tray, and the official The Game of Life rules and instructions.

Game Preparation:
Shuffle all Life tiles and place them Life-side-up somewhere near the game board as the draw pile. Remove four tiles without looking at them and, keeping them Life-side-up, stack them on Millionaire Estates.

Separate all cards into four decks: Career, Salary, House Deeds, and Stocks and place them near the Life game board along with the Automobile and Homeowner's Insurance Policies, Bank Loans and money. A banker is chosen and $10,000 is given to each player.

Players then choose a color of car, place one person in the vehicle, and then located their car on the starting space.

Before you can begin your first turn, each player must first decide if they will start a career or go to college. By starting college, you will have more salary and career options. This option does take longer and upon deciding the career option, you must take out $40,000 in bank loans before your first spin. Place each car on either the career or college spot on the Life board.

If a career is chosen, chose 1 card from the shuffled deck of career cards at random that does not says "Degree Required." Then do the same with the Salary cards. Place both cards face up in front of you. Those going to college will do the same. Players that have chosen a career will do the same only when they come to the Job Search spot on the board. They then can choose three career and three salary cards and choose the best one. The other cards drawn are then returned the deck.

Keep in mind that player also earn money if others land on your career spaces throughout the board. If you are the accountant and someone has to pay taxes, they will give you the money. All careers have multiple spaces and is a "luck of the spin."

Game Play:
The rule on who begins the game of Life rests on whoever spins the highest number on the wheel and then other player take their turns in a clockwise fashion. Move your car forward the number of spaces you spin each time unless you reach a STOP space. Follow the directions on the space you land on and your turn is over.

As you move your car, you will stop of various colors of spaces. The following rules apply to the color of each space:
  • Orange Spaces: The majority of spaces are orange and you must follow the directions given on these spaces.
  • Blue Spaces: These spaces are optional and you can choose if you want to follow their directions.
  • Green Spaces: These are Pay Day spaces and each play will collect the amount shown on their salary cards.
  • Red Spaces: Only three of these spaces exist: Job Search, Get Married, and Buy a House. Whenever you reach a red space, stop - even if you have moves left and follow the directions. Then spin and move again.
Spaces that show pictures of Life Tiles are called Life spaces. These are family activities, good deeds or service projects. Whenever a player lands on a Life space, one Life Tile is taken from the discard pile. If the draw pile has run out, take one Life Tile from any opponent. Keep all Life Tiles Life-side-up in front of you; looking at the values on the Life Tiles is against the rules.

Career Spaces are extra opportunities to make some money from other players. If you land on a career space, pay the person with the matching Career Card or if no one has it, pay the bank (if you own it you don't need to do anything). The Police Officer has special rules for his "career space." Any player that spins a 10, or is caught speeding (the Police Officer must notice), pays the Officer $5,000. If no Office is player, no action is required.

When players land on the You're Fired or Mid-Life Crisis, they must trade your Salary and Career Card in for new ones. One of each may be drawn applying the same rules as stated above. Wait to return your previous career and salary until you have drawn new cards. If you land on Night School, you may choose if you want to change your Career and Salary cards. Two cards of each are drawn and if both are not desired, you do not have to take them, and, can remain with the career and salary you currently have.

Payday is the spot where the player collects their salary from the bank.

When a player reaches the Getting Married space, they stop even if they have moves left. One Life Tile is taken and one person peg is added to your car. Then spin and move again. The same rules apply for the Baby Boy, Baby Girl, or Twins spaces.

Buying a House rules are similar to getting married. Stop, even if you have moves left, and draw one House Deed at random from the deck. Pay the bank the price on the deed. If you're short on cash, a loan must be taken out from the bank. Then spin again and move. Homeowner's Insurance can be bought when the house is purchased or during any following turn. Pay the bank the amount shown on the deed for insurance and take one policy from the pile. This allows you to be protected from floods, theft, and tornadoes. Automobile insurance can also be purchased at the beginning of any one of your turns. Pay $10,000 to the bank and take one policy. Accidents, damage, and theft are now protected against.

Throughout the game, players may buy stocks allowing them to collect $10,000 from the bank every time their stock number is spun on the wheel (even if done by the person holding the stock). Buying more than one stock at a time is against the rules with one exception: If you land on the Stock Market Zooms space, take one Stock (at no charge) even if you already own one. Stocks cost $50,000 and you may choose which stock you would like to purchase. A Stock Market Slump will require you to return one stock to the bank.

Bank loans may be taken out at any time during your turn. One bank load is worth $20,000. To payback loans, a $5,000 interest must be paid for each loan received.

Once you reach the end of the Life game board, either by landing directly on it or by passing by, you must do the following:
  • Pay all outstanding loans
  • Replace your Career Card, Salary Card and Insurance Policies.
  • Sell house by following the instructions on the Deed after spinning the wheel one last time. Keep your Stock(s) since you can still collect money from the bank every time your number is spun.
  • If you think you might have the most money, place your car on Millionaire Estates (any number of players may retire there). Otherwise, place your car on Countryside Acres and wait there until all players have retired. If you have chosen Millionaire Estates, other players can still steal Life Tiles from you if the draw pile runs out. Those that have chosen Countryside Acres receive one more Life Tile and all their Life Tiles are safe from other players taking them.
After all players have retired, all players at Millionaire Estates count their money. The richest player takes the four Life Tiles at Millionaire Estates. The official Life rules mention that in case of a tie for richest player, the tying players split the pile taking 2 tiles each. All players turn their Life Tiles message-side-up and count up the dollar amounts add this total to all the remaining money you have in front of you. The player with the most money wins!

Thank You

Cheat codes don't work!

The thing is that this game doesn't have cheats unlocked yet from the start. First find the config.dat file of your game (Usually "Computer" > "C:" > "Program Files" > "EA Games" > "Need for speed: High Stakes" > somewhere there. Otherwise use your search option.

You will need to extract this file into the other folders. This should unlock some things. Just mind that sometimes you will have to do this again.

So, now you should be able to enter any of the cheat codes at any menu before starting a race.

Rock Band 2 Wii bundle song selection problem

You must beat songs before they can be unlocked.
Play the career mode and beat some songs.
Later on, these songs will become available.
If they do not appear once the career mode is beaten, contact the company because some disks end up being badly burned and are missing songs.

Career mode vs quick play players on wii brunswick pro bowling

The web site of Crave Entertainment (the seller of the game) says the following:

Unfortunately there is an error in the manual stating that you can bring your pre-configured bowler into ‘Quick Play’. You can not bring a pre-configured bowler made in Career into ‘Quick Play’. We apologize for this error and hope that you continue to enjoy Brunswick Bowling for the Wii.

So apparently there is no way to have a multi-player game with the individual characters you create which is quite an oversight since this seems like the most common thing people would want to do.
