your computer don't recognize your nvidia graphic card in PCI Express slot.
you are runing now with computer's integrated graphic card?
if so then you won't have dualview option. in this case it looks for me like you've installed in the wrong way your graphic card.
your NV GeForce 7300 GS has 2 video output?
if yes then you should have the option for 2 monitors on nVIDIA control panel (i have check my nVIDIA GeForce 7600gt and in my case this option is present but is enabled only if i connect the second monitor, so try do so)
you have installed the latest nVIDIA drivers from the official website? http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
check if your video card is corect installed start/run type in " devmgmt.msc ". it will open device manager and under the display adapter tab you should see what video card you use now.

if you you do not have your computer connected to a 750 jewel power strip you may have damaged the power supply if you are not electricly inclined you can buy a power supply checker at radio shack about $12 power supplys run about $39 on up to $100 depends what you want that clicking sound sound like the cd i don't know if you have a floppy drive but if you installed a Video card you know how to open the inside of the computer .
open the computer panel make sure that the power plug is unpluged you should see a battery there is a little tab on it push it and the battery should pop up just take it out for a few sec and press the power botton reinstall the battery .close up the case plug the power cord bach in and when the pc starts press F1 or F2 or Del to enter bios reset the time and date and go to video setting it should say pci if you have a video card installed if not set it to onboard video pres Esc than F10 to save and restart the computer you should be set .let me know what happens
