I forgot to turn off my Canon NP 1215s photocopier for a day and half. when i saw that i just turned it off. And next day i turn on my copier, in a few minutes, i smelled something from my copier. so i checked it and found that the roller cleaner is melt to the upper roller. i found that thermoswitch didn't work. So i changed it. Now the really problem is when ever i turn it on the copier seems work in good condition. It can even copy but get only black paper (no text on plane sheet only black paper on it ). when it has been turned on in about 3 minutes the error code ' E0 ' appears. Then CAN'T DO ANYTHING, the roller cleaner start melting. That it!!!! I hope you'll help me in very soon !! It makes me really crazy !!!! Hope for the solution.
Did you check thermistor, I think that you have a problem with thermistor, not only thermoswitch! what about black copy - did you check is expo lamp (under the original glass) is lighting or not, if not - it's normal to have a black copy!

Your lamp is not turning off, could be the SSR, could be control board. Replace the lamp, thermistor and the SSR, but monitor fuser operation, make sure the lamp turns off.
If you have a digital thermometer, check the temp when the lamp finally turns off. If it is in Spec. then run a few copies this should cool the rollers and cause the lamp to relight.
If the lamp reached optimal temp but does not turn off, then the control board could be your issue.
Most likely it is the fuser unit.
as soon as you turn on it does not rotate it gives you an error and turns off.
take out the fuser (where it gets hot at the exit) and check hte lamp (probably burnt out)
or the fuse
pretty much the same, the codes are good for several models not just one.
you need to find the other numbers to know exactly which code it is, press the start or stop key to see it display the other #'s.
fuser is on the left side if you replace the parts might as well replace the claws and oil roller.

E000 on a 7130 is a lockout error it needs to be reset. you need to remove the control panel remove the 2 screws that attach it to the body on the left and right sides open the **** shell and pull toward you. Flip up on the top of the unit with the circuit board facing you look for two metal jumpers labeled jp103 and jp104 short across the 2 with a small screw driver to enter service mode( can be verified by an "F" in the display) power down the copier reinstall the control panel and reboot. If the fixing assembly is good the error will be cleared
