Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I used to have the same  problem and Nintendo said it was beause the optical lasers were not lined up straight. Send it to Nintendo and you will get it back in 3-5 days.

SOURCE: Wii won't play some games.

maybe you are inserting the disk upside down. You might also have a scratched disk, or dust caught in the console

SOURCE: my Wii wont play games, plays Wii fit fine but

This should only happen if they are backed up games. But you can mod your wii system at www.wiihdmods.com and get 100 wii games playable from a hard drive for 150.00

Hi I was playing my Disney Epic Mickey 2 Wii on the Wii U and my Wii U is fine but my game froze in the Disney Gulch Ghost part and I cleaned the disc and put it in and tried it and started the that was...

That problem may have been caused by lag, sometimes when there are too many things happening at once in a video game, lag can occur and the game may freeze. If that's not the case, then you may need to restart the Wii if the problem persists. Other than that, it may just be a game glitch. Give it a few days of rest, then start playing again to see if it works. Sorry, but that's all I got if this didn't help.

A few days ago i was playing oparation 40 on cod bo and i just starded playing and boom it says a error has ecored eject disc turn off all power to wii console plz plz plz help me tell me what to do

Hi,
This error is not good at all. It means that the unit needs to be serviced by a qualified technician. But before going to a service center, try going to the Manufacturer's link to try some of thier recommendations on how to fix disc problems.
Here is the link: http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/systems/wii/en_na/ts/gameDiscs.jsp#eject_after
All the best to you. I hope to hear positive results. Thanks

Really incredibly frustrated with boom blox- having same issue as everyone else it seems- no control over cursor or tracking- only on boom blox and am confident all other permutations are covered such as...

Don't have a fix for you, but I will tell you we're going through the same thing. It's really sucking the joy out of the game for us. We just quit playing because it's more frustrating than fun. Tried Nintendo's 800 number, but they were "currentlly experiencing a high call volume" and I was told by an automated voice to call again some other time. Really don't know what the fix would be, seeing as how I feel like we've done everything possible to solve it - just as you said. Please post here if you find a fix!
