Question about Dell PowerEdge 2600 Server
This system does not support SATA, personally I would get a 10000 or 15000 rpm SCSI drive.
If really want to use SATA, you can get a SATA controller that plugs into one of the PCI slots. You can probably pick up one for under $50.
