The bearings in your saw need to be replaced. I would contact a DeWalt store to obtain the parts or have them do the repair. You have an excellent saw there, well worth repairing. good luck.

SOURCE: Ridgid Wet Tile saw water pump operates, however

You could clean the hose ... however, I think Id get to the hardware store and get a new piece.

Clean the end with a broom straw. You could trim a small piece of the hose off. Dont neglect to clean the filter on the pump. Slide the bottomoff the pump to expose the filter.

SOURCE: I have a small ceramic tile saw. I have

Hello,

Look for a button that you can press to lock the shaft in position. When you depress the button, you may still have to revolve the blade and shaft until the lock engages the shaft. Then unscrew the bolt from the shaft. Some others have an Allen wrench well in the end of the shaft, and you can insert the allen wrench to hold the shaft while operatiln the wrench to loosen the blade. Some others have a slot in the shaft end for inserting a slotted standard screwdriver for holding the shaft while the wrench is used to loosen the blade.
One of these methods will be available to you!

Best regards,

SOURCE: How do I remove the blade from a Makita MK470 tile

Another option for easily removing the blade is to make sure the saw is unplugged and wearing gloves, put a flat bladed screwdriver in between the teeth on the saw blade and rotate it and the blade up against the saw's bottom guide plate, on the opposite direction that you'll turn the blade lock nut.

This will help hold the blade stationary, while you loosen the lock nut. Typically, most lock nuts are installed opposite of the direction of the saw blade rotation, so should a nut become loose during use, it would be spun in tighter to prevent it from coming off and having the blade go flying off the saw.

Hope you find this Very Helpful and best regards!

Rigid tile saw. Can I use a wood blade?

Tile saws are designed to use a diamond blade, and to keep it wet. That's not something you want with a wood blade, nor with wood. The speed of a tile saw is much slower than a good wood saw. I wouldn't try it.

Just use a rag and grab the blade. Unless the threads are messed up you don't have to hold the arbor still, just the blade.
