There should be 2 small nuts holding the connector in place these are also used to secure the external monitor VGA connector to the computer. You can get them from a computer shop.

Hi There,

Check the mention below instruction to solve this problem.
  1. Check the VGA cable on both side connect properly, PC side and monitor side.
  2. Check the VGA card in connected properly on motherboard.
  3. Check the RAM, should remove and fix it again as a same before.
  4. Change the VGA cable.

Device is working properly but when i install the vga driver after restart it will become black on starting window


Press F8 as Windows starts up, and select SAFE MODE.

Go to DeviceManager and remove video-device-driver(s).

Now re-boot. You'll need the exact drivers that came with your machine.

THE MONITOR ON MY ONE PIECE GATEWAY PC IS BLACK BUT THERE IS POWER TO THE COMPUTER. TRIED PLUGGING IN AN EXTERNAL MONITOR BUT HOW DO I GET IT TO WORK WITH THE COMPUTER?
