reseat ram for a fast beeping and disconnect the power supply both the big and 4 pin connectors for 2-5 min plug in and boot. Plus you do not have to have pairs of mem only if you wand double data rate

I suspect bad memory. Have you worked on it recently? Make sure the memory is in and seated properly. Same with processor and adapter cards.
If you havn't worked on it or opened it, and don't feel comfortable opening it up, you might want to take it to a computer repair place.

I've looked at the ACER Website and it appears that you should try to boot to SAFE MODE by pressing F8 at boot. If you're able to do so, you should find the ACER eRocovery application in the Programs Menu. This may allow you to recover from a hidden recovery partition, or it may require you to have made a set of recovery discs with the eRecovery Utility that came with the system. If you did not do so, then your only alternative would be to contact ACER and ask if you can purchase a set of recovery CD's.
I've had a lot of luck contacting ACER Corporate at the following phone number and pleading my case for the product owner and gotten great customer service this way, much better than calling the regular support number.
Acer America Corporation 333 West San Carlos Street Suite 1500 San Jose, CA 95110 (408) 533-7700 - Phone
