Question about SanDisk Cruzer Micro 4GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive
Click start click on computer the on your cruzer to open then
Either double click on the file to open or right click on it select open but you should have the specific program that was used to make the file installed on your computer.
EG: adobe word mp3 or zip file

SOURCE: mac user with sandisk cruzer, no room & no way to format.
you guys have to empty the trash can or
1. open applications
2. open utilities
3. click on disk utility
4. locate the drive, left hand side
5. select the drive
6. click on erase
7. select file system, either MS-DOS or Mac OS extended.

There might be a hidden file(s) on the drive that are taking up that space. Open the drive in My Computer, click Tools > Folder Options... On the View tab, click Show hidden files and folders. Then check the drive to see if any hidden files or folders are present.
You can also try formatting the drive. Right click the drive in My Computer and click Format...

copy the files to you're pc, and if you use windows just go in my computer and right click on the flash disk icon and click format check the quick format box and the press format.

insert your 2 gb cruzer into a usb port click start all programs accessories open windows explorer my computer you should see your drive click to open it from there you select the files right click on the file/s right click copy navigate back to the drive right click select paste or hold the mouse cursor the file/s drag them to scan disc then drop them
or if you are downloading from the internet once the program/files starts to download an option will open and ask where you want to save it or run it also browse click on the browse to save it to your 2 gb cruzer
