Depending on the age of the unit. You have a convergence problem. This is not uncommon. You can contact a servicer thru this homepage and have them look at it. Convergence issues could be anywhere from 200-350 depending on your area.

SOURCE: The screen has changed shape
The mainboard is not decoding the image properly. You need a main board (AKA tuner board) for replacement ...
You can just take out the old and put in the new...it's simple just be careful of the electrical and be ready to remove a TON of screws!
