Your thermostat may be open, causing your coolant not to heat up and have no heater with hot air blowing. To check, when engine is cold, remove radiator cap and have someone crank up vehicle and see if coolant is circulating or just staying still.

Bmw 3 series electrical faults

Hi sounds like the same problem I had crankshaft sensor my battery light came on and the engine would cut out sometimes would start straight away other times took 5mins to start again.
But would get a garage to check fault codes costs about 40pound but could save you 100's as it may be a faulty alternator/battery.

There isn't a car out there that likes to be put in drive as soon as it is started. Mine especialy. I give it at least 30 seconds to warm while I am adjusting evrything and away I go. Runs like a champ. Let it warm up for a couple of minutes from a cold start.

How do you change spark plugs on a 2004 bmw 545

You need to remove the top cover 1st. Then remove the gray trim covers on the left and right banks by pulling straight up.You will find individual coils in each cylinder. Disconnect the connector of the coil and pull the coil straight up.The plugs are under each coil.

How do I remove the gear knob from a BMW E60? Want to replace it with a new one

From the research that I've done, it appears that the shift knob will pull straight off. (I would keep my face away from the knob as you're pulling it off...;) Just to be sure, look around the shift knob to make sure there isn't an allen set screw holding it on.

I hope this helps! :)
