I work on these croc of **** boilers at least once a day so pesonally id rip it out but failing that sounds like you could have a possible restriction in your heating pipework or the boilers return filter(valve on the bottom right) could be partially blocked. Also check the flow/return valves on the boiler are fully open.

Is the boiler a combi if so have you checked the pressure. it needs to be at 1.5 bar 2 bar at the most . also check that the heat the boiler is producing is completeing the circuit on the heating if you have access to the pipe work there should be 2 or 3 22mm copper pipes. now turn the heating on and check which one is getting warm. the one that is is your flow and in about 2 to 3 min there should be one more pipe getting hot let me no if this is the case

Heater won't relight after shutting down, but fan continues to run

Roger, you either have a gas supply issue or a voltage problem.
Since I don't know your aptitude and abilities pertaining to LP gas troubleshooting/testing procedures, I don't know how detailed you want to go...basically, make sure your propane tank isn't empty; or that the pressure regulator didn't freeze up. Make sure that it is rated and set for 28" of water column output.
Check to make sure all the wire connections are secure to the flame control terminal block and to each of the hi-limit switches.
Isolate & perform continuity checks to each electrical component, including the gas valve.
You'll need a manometer to test and set the gas input & output water column levels.

When the unit is running,, what color is the flame?
Is there a roaring sound?
Is the flame small and weak?

I have a new Atwood G6A-7 water heater. The pilot lights fine but gas flow, when it turns on, is so strong it will blow the pilot out. Certain times, it sounds and looks like a mini fire ball going

Clean burner tube with proper brush, such as long spring type for bar-b-Q burner tube that are available at most hardware stores, and make sure you have new burner tube aligned properly (straight on) with brass orifice on gas control. Then be sure to adjust air shutter for nice blue flame, with little orange at tip. Do not give so much air that flame roars or jumps off the end of the burner tube. Too many people think more air, less fuel, but actually, when flame roaring and jumping off end of tube, the heat passes through faster and it takes longer to heat the water inside the tank. Like I said, only enough air to have quiet, steady blue flame. If your not giving it enough air, you'll see dark soot on trailer above water heater, which indicates burning too rich, need more air, or perhaps pilot is partially plugged. Pilot flame should also be blue, not yellow/orange. Small air intake hole on side of fitting just before pilot tube can get spider web, or debris in it as well. Use air to blow that out or a piece of wire like a paper-clip to clean inside that hole.

Basically it says (turn on the power first) Turn the knob to the the star/flame marking. Push the knob in, hold it for approximately 10 seconds. Release and check the small flame is lit. Now turn it to your desired heat setting.

Baxi Boiler not firing, pilot light ok

first check the pilot is alight, it sounds like it is cause you can hear the boiler click. that click is the gas vale solenoid trying to open, if there is 240-230volts at gas valve when you here the click and pilot is alight the gas valve is broken. if you test for voltage look on the gas valve and see if its 240 or 24v obviously if it 24 v check for 24 volts, let me know
