SOURCE: music format

It's .wav format. However if you burn your MP3s as an audio disc (not an MP3 disc) with a program like Nero or Roxio Easy DVD Suite, then it will automatically convert them to .wav and burn them to CD and it will work with your CD player straight off.

SOURCE: installing DVD player/RF Modulator with Star Choice

The RF modulator probably had a red, white, yellow trio of RCA jacks (A/V jacks), a coax jack marked "antenna" and another coax jack marked "TV"

Putting the DVD output to the A/V jacks allowed it to play out to the TV, which couldn't otherwise accept the DVD player.

The satellite box probably has coax and a/v jacks as output. Use the coax as output to the antenna input of the RF modulator, and the A/V jacks of the DVD player to the A/V jacks of the RF modulator. Hopefully the modulator allows the A/V jacks to have priority over the coax input, so that when the DVD plays it "wins"

SOURCE: I have a nx2 nexxtech

First, put charged batteries into your keyboard and/or mouse. Then, plug the adapter into the USB port. Then, press the big, round button on top of the adapter and the CONNECT button on the bottom of the mouse (not simultaneously). Then, press the big, round button on the adapter, and the connect button on the bottom of the keyboard (not simultaneously). Once the computer is on, click the mouse once, and everything should be working fine. If the mouse and/or keyboard do stop working, then either click the mouse once, try the connection process above again, or change your batteries.

P.S. The connection process is only meant for whichever part is not working (i.e. If the keyboard works, but the mouse doesn't, then only do it for the mouse.)

SOURCE: Red Light/Blue Light I/O Error

My nx2 is working again after having the "red light/blue light/I/O Error" problem. I just:

1. turned off my computer
2.unplugged the HD,
3. took out the HD from the enclosure and plugged it back into the enclosure,
4.started up my computer without the HD being plugged in
5. after my computer had been on for a minute, I plugged the HD in and my computer recognized it and had the proper mixture of red and blue light coming from the HD, indicating it's working properly.

Good luck!

Nexxtech power bank, how do I charge it

On the side where it says IN, is a micro USB connector. Put in the connector from the cable that came with the power bank, and put the other end of the USB cable in an external charger, or a PC USB socket of which you are sure it delivers 5V. You should see the bleu lights on the IN side flicker, and one by one they start burning continuously. When all 4 burn continuous, th bank is full. Discharge goes on the other side and you have to press the button, to start the charge cycle.

It makes that noise because something is wrong with that hard disk mechanically - you need to test it. Install in a pc this
http://www.hdtune.com/files/hdtune_255.exe   - it's free
connect the disk to that pc and launch the program - it will automatically detect it - and perform an error test on it.

If this is a new drive, you will need to format it before it will show up in My Computer. To do so, start by right-clicking on My Computer, then choose Manage from the menu. Click on Disk Management, you should see a list of drives in your system. Your new drive will show up as unallocated space, right-click on that and choose New Partition, choose the size of the partition you want, and choose to format it. Once the partitioning and format process is complete, the drive should show up in My Computer under a new drive letter.

Wireless speakers not communicating to Receiver

Speakers have a unique RF frequency that needs to pair with the receiver (kind of like a blue tooth headset with a cell phone). At times, the signal may reset, so, you may have to go through the initial pairing sequence. Try this:
1. Unplug rear speakers
2. Make sure the sound signal connector is plugged in to the back of the system properly.
3. Press and hold the ID button for 3 seconds until the blue LED light flickers.
4. Connect the power chord to the rear speakers.

I have a nx2 nexxtech remote mouse. I replaced the 2 batteries (AAA) and it lights up, but does not work on the laptop. Any ideas what is wrong?

Then, press the big, round button on top of the adapter and the CONNECT button on the bottom of the mouse (not simultaneously). Once the computer is on, click the mouse once, and everything should be working fine. P.S. The connection process is only meant for whichever part is not working (i.e. If the keyboard works, but the mouse doesn't, then only do it for the mouse.)
