No. Your Talkabout T250 operates on FM UHF frequencies between 460-470 MHz. The CB operates on 40 frequencies between 26-27 MHz.

Best regards.

Sorry, but the answer is no. The fact you cannot change channels indicates the damage is deeper than just the screen.

SOURCE: How to get a Talkabout T5720 to communicate with a

Actually a P100 is a 4/1 watt radio in UHF. It has a high low switch on the top. So, you could add GMRS frequencies to a P100. Also called an HT50. P100 radios are so big compared to the smaller radios of today, I use a couple as pseudo base stations.

Get a plastic tube (3/8 PVC will work) and use it as a mould. Pump it full of black RTV silicone. Fixed!

I changed the batteries on my Motorola Talkabout 250 .......shows full power...both are set for the same channel and code.......but they aren't communicating. Please help.

Remove batteries from both. If there's a "factory reset" option try that. Re-check that they are REALLY on the same channel and code. Also be sure there's nothing stuck in the external headset jack.

Installed a cobra CB ultra III on a motorcycle

The external speaker jack was not designed for a head set. It has too much power it over loads head set. You need to solder a resistor in line with the negative wire. You will have to experiment to see which value gets the audio just right for the head set you are using.

I recieved a talkabout 250 and i have no clue how to use it please help

You would need two or more radios to be able to communicate with others. Then you simply press the push-to-talk (PTT) button when you want to talk (transmit) and release it so others can reply (receive). The radios must be set to the same settings to be able to communicate.
