Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
The tray could be out of rail track and need to be realign. You need to open the case and see for any damaging to the tray track. Since you put the heavy impact onto it so it is derailed and some connected wires may be broken. If you can, you need to open the case or ask someone who has done this before to open the case and check these items: 1) The conditon of the tray with any broken part 2) How serious is the derailed condition and see whether you can realign it back to right track. 3) Check wires for broken or disconnected one YOU DON'T NEED TO POWER ON IN STEPS 1 AND 2. BUT FOR CHECKING ANY ELECTRICAL MALFUNCTION IN STEP 3, YOU NEED TO PLUG THE CORD BACH AND CHECK FOR ANY BROKEN WIRE AND TRY TO RECONNECT IT BACK. Do it yourself if you have confidence or else send it to the store. This is not hard to repair. Good Luck
