Question about Ricoh Aficio 450 Copier
If changing the total counter the fault does not disappear, try pressing . (point) and # for more than 10 seconds. this reset and reload the software.

Check the connection to the total counter. If the connection is fine and you did not change anything then you are looking at the NVRAM being defective.
