Hi,

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: my samsung bd-c7500 dont play

hi,
try the following

As I live in Kazakhstan my BD-C7500 is locked to DVD region 5. Just use the codes at the end of this tutorial for your own DVD region.

1. Ensure that there is no disk in the tray.

2. Switch the player on.

3. Wait until the main menu page appears and the player stops doing anything.

4. Press the REPEAT button - just above the TV channel selector at the bottom right of the controller - and enter 5 6 7 3 2 on the number pad.

5. The region code "3" should appear at the top left corner of the screen.

6. Quickly enter a "9" to make the player region free. (Just try pressing 9 on the remote controller until you see 9 appear in the upper left corner of your TV screen.)

7. Open and close the disc tray. Power down and power up again.

13. Play a foreign DVD to verify the change.

For people from other parts of the world, all region codes are as follows

1 - 2 9 3 3 4
2 - 5 7 5 3 8
3 - 5 6 7 3 2
4 - 7 6 8 8 4
5 - 5 3 8 1 4
ok

Please advise where can I download the instructions manual for Samsung Remote control AK59-00123A?

You can usually find the instructions for using a remote control in the manual of the device that it came with. The AK59-00123A is sold with the Samsung BD-D5500, BD-D5500C, BD-D5700, BD-D6100C, and BD-D6500 Blu-ray players. The D5700 series documentation is available here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/2011-blu-ray-disc-player-d5700-series . Scroll down to the Manuals section; then accept the Samsung terms of use for the manual. The remote control is described on page 19. The TV code list is on the next page. The current link to the manual is http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201202/20120203153633353/02024A-BD-D5700-ZA-ENG-BM-0127.pdf .

I hope this helps.

I would like an online manual I can print for my Samsung BD-F5700 dis player

Samsung has many of their product manuals on the product support page. For the BD-F5700, see http://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/BD-F5700/ZA. On this site, scroll down to the Manuals and Downloads section. The link to the Manual is on the left hand side of the page. The Download button links to Samsung's liability statement. You will need to click Continue to obtain the manual as a PDF. I think the direct link is http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201306/20130614144240234/02285U-BD-F5700-ZA-ENG-0614_BM.pdf . However, this may not work due to that liability statement.

I hope this helps.

I need an owners manual for a Samsung BlueRay DvD Player mod #BDP3500

Hi,
The model number BD-P3500 does not seem to be right. probably you are looking for BD-P3600. But, this unit also does not have built in wifi support. You've to use a wireless LAN adapter. This unit is compatible with Samsung's Wireless LAN Adapter only (Model name: WIS09ABGN). If you already have it, then the configuration is simple. Try to follow the instructions in the manual from this link. http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201104/20110419175550529/BD-P3600-ENG-BM-0930[1].pdf

I hope you find this useful

How do I reset the Pandora account on my Samsung Blu-Ray player?

From the Samsung manual: "For further information on Pandora service or to unsubscribe the Pandora service, email samsungsupport@
pandora.com."

Probably need to include the email address that you want to unsubscribe/deactivate on the Samsung Blu-ray player.
