Download a Program called Bitpm, This program saves your Contacts into your computer, just in case. If transfers data such as videos, pictures, even ringtones, from your phone to the computer or from the computer to your phone, im unsure whetherusing a memory stick would work but a USB cable works very well

1. You can use Windows Explorer:
Step 1. Connect your Phone to computer and wait the popup appears.
Step 2. Click on "View Content" option.
Step 3. Find and select the pictures you need through listed folders.
2. If you own an iPhone
You can use Photos app(Mac&PC) to copy camera roll pictures to computer. It can help you copy all new pictures to computer.
If you have a Windows computer you can connect the device via USB to the computer and go to (My Computer/ Win. XP) or ( Computer/ Win. Vista/7) you should see the device there. From my computer right click on the device and Import pictures and videos. On a Mac, use image capture or iPhoto to import pictures from the device.
The easiest way to backup iPhone photos to computer is to just use Windows Explorer, and there are two ways to go about this. In either case, unlock the iPhone before beginning, or else the photos may not be visible.
Plug-in your iPhone to the computer without iTunes running then wait for a popup asking you what you want to do with the device, you need to select "Import Photos and Videos" and find your photos through the folders that are displayed, then copy the images from Windows as usual.
Or you can try the another way if your iPhone is already plugged into the PC. Open "My Computer" and find the iPhone, it will appear under Portable Devices section. Open iPhone to find your Photos and select the pictures you want to copy and paste them to the desired location of your computer. http://www.leawo.org/tutorial/how-to-backup-iphone-photos.html
you need to go to your menu bar
go over to settings and tools
go down to memory click on phone memory
down to my pictures
and click done
and they should all move to your memory card.
hope it helps!!
