Question about Washing Machines
I tried suggested answers around the internet (check hose, cleaning filters, etc. Nothing worked). What fixed the problem (at least temporaly) was to unplug the artifact, plug again, turn it off and then reset the program. This made the water valves make a "clack" sound and start working again (I could hear the water coming in).

E10 is a timeout code. Check the water supply lines for a kink or a clogged filter.

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
Following is pre-typed, saves time - in your case just refer to 'cold' please ;-0)
If you have checked that the hot and cold water taps are turned on fully and the hoses are not kinked or squashed at the back, it is worth while checking both the hot and cold water inlet filters. Turn the taps off and remove both hoses at the washer end. Inside each inlet port there is normally a little filter which should just slide out. Clean if necessary and replace each one and the hoses. If after turning the taps back on there is no improvement, the problem is symptomatic of a malfunctioning hot or cold water control valve. Sorry but it needs a service call and a check that it isn't the control PCB ;-0(
If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck,

Thank you for your inquiry, Barbara Constable!
I see that your Electrolux washer is displaying an "E10" error code. "E10" stands for fill time too long you may want to check the hoses to make sure they are not restricted or kinked this could cause slow fill within your washer. If the hoses look to be in good shape then I would suggest it could be a faulty sensor or control panel. You could additionally reset your washer by disconnecting power from it for ten minutes. If you restore power and it continues to flash "E10" I would recommend having a professional out to properly diagnosis your washer. Hopefully this information is helpful. -Matt

Good Morning shannon galway - Could the unit possibly be experiencing an E10 or E11 and not displaying all of the numbers correct? If so, both error codes indicates that the water is taking too long to fill.
Is the incoming water flow normal? If it is, does the fill water continue to enter the washer? If yes, disconnect power from the unit. Did the water fill stop? If so, a service technician may need to check the pressure sensor or switch to determine if it needs replacement.
If your water flow is abnormal, double-check water faucets to ensure they are in the "on" position. If on, your incoming water pressure may be above 30 PSI and could need adjusting. Check for any kinked or blocked water hoses or clogged water screens. If you've cleared the water screen and/or unblocked any kinked water hoses, and the problem still persists, it could possibly be a water inlet valve assembly.
If you have checked all of the above, the unit may need a main control board replacement. I would recommend contacting a qualified service technician to further assist you in diagnosing this issue.
However, if you are not experiencing either of these two error codes, is your unit an international model? If so, this could mean something completely different, which I would personally suggest reaching out to the manufacturer directly for further assistance.
