How does the bottom bobbin tension spring g back in?

the long bit faces the slot by which you pull the bobbin thread
the other end will have a small lip that will fit in the bobbin case near the screw hole
with the screw , it requires only a small turn to make large tension changes on the thread so it is not done up tight
the spring virtually just sits on the bobbin carrier case

Tip

LOST SOUND AFTER BATTERY REPLACEMENT.

If you experience no sound (alarm) from your watch after battery replacement, that means the coil spring fell out of watch while the battery has been replaced. Coil spring is transmitting vibrations from watch movement to the sound membrane at the back cover of watch, and if it is lost, there is no physical body to transmit signal, thus no sound. Coil spring itself is quite tiny and can be easily lost without even noticing it, mostly because it is not soldered to the watch movement or sound membrane and as soon as the opened watch is turned over, the coil spring fells out. If you are not able to find the coil spring in/around the place where the battery change took place, there is no other solution but to visit your nearest watch repair shop and ask to fit new one. In case if you are lucky enough to find the coil spring, fit it back in to appropriate hole in watch movement inserting out-bent end into movement. In most watches coil spring holes are marked: C.SPRING/COIL SPRING/ C.S or similar. Hope it helps.

Had to take my Poulan P3314 saw apart to fix the stuck pull cord. Accidentally removed the "T" screw from the side of the case. When I opened it, a lone spring fell out in addition to the...

The T screw is spring loaded to stop it vibrating out during operation, the screw sits through the spring prior to re fitting the screw into the carb, you will need to start the saw and adjust this screw to give you a steady idle speed, do not screw it in too far as this will make the chain rotate due to idling too fast.

I have a casio sea pathfinder spf-51 and i opened the case to see if i could change the battery myself.Unfortunately one of the 3 springs fell out and i cant see where it should go.Can anyone help me with...

mcdevito75 here, My best advise is to see how the other 2 springs are situated in the watch, then simply follow suite with the 3rd spring. BE VERY CAREFULL THOUGH AS< ANY OR TOO MUCH RESURE ON THE CASIO DISPLAY WILL RUIN IT. If you can"t find the spot for this spring, look for a small watch repair shop in your area for help, it"s better than ruinning your watch.

After changing the battery nothing can be changed, no function possible and"open" remains written on the display, the type of the battery is clt 1616

The battery is CTL 1616 and I had the same occurance when I opened up my model Casio model 3043. I needed to use the battery to test my model 2767 and find out if a new battery would bring it back to life (yes, it still lives). After replacing the battey back into my 3043, I jumped the (ac) to (-) and at first the watch would indicate all was well but then it would revert back to "open". I tried over and over to try and get the "open" display to clear but I was not successful. I then thought to go ahead and replace the back on the case to see if the three contact springs would change the display and sure enough, "open" no longer was in the display. The watch works perfectly as before. As for the 2767, as soon as I jumped the (ac) to (-) the "open" display went away. There is only one spring contact to the back case on the 2767 model. Unfortunately I do have an extra spring that fell out when I opened it up and I have no clue as to where it goes. I have not found anyone who can help me on the location for the shorter spring. Any advice would be most helpful.
