You may download Kodak software from here.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa. Picasa also will let you edit your photos.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)

Hi, I have a Kodak camera m531, but when you take photos flash 2 times and the image quality is pretty bad beating and I three years, which is bought 0.14 mega-pixel. Thanks ghadri

Your camera should make great pictures. I don't know if you changed some settings, but to make sure you are not in night mode or something like that, press the mode button and use the arrow keys to go to the smart capture mode. Then try again. Only chose another mode, if you know for sure that mode will give a better result then the smart capture mode.
I hope this will help.

Shouldn't you have investigated the file transfer abilities of the equipment before you purchased the camcorder ?

I am not a Mac expert, but usually the software that comes with electronic devices is designed to be Windows compatible.
