Question about Symbol MC50 Pocket PC
Have 3 MC5040's. Two are in use and work fine. One was pwered on when I got it a about 2 years ago and then not used and not keep charged.
Now it will not power up in cradle or with battery.
Also make sure the lock switch on the right had side of the unit is not locked.
Cold reset the handset - will lose any unsaved data - hold power button, right hand scan button and reset button on the back at the same time

Make sure that the battery lock button at the back is fully pushed to the right and you can't see the red dot on it.
