It sounds like you have bought compatible cartridges for your printer.
There is a very easy reset to do, then your printer will print but it will not show how much ink is still left in the cartridges.
Try printing something, if the page print, then continue to print till the printer give an error that say the "the ink has run out".
If that message comes up (the ink has run out) then there is an red button on your printer. Its an circle with an upside-down triangle.
Hold that button till the massage on the printer disappear.
Wait until the page that you wanted to print comes out.
You will be able to print normally from there, if the prints become light, then you need to replace the cartridges or have it refilled.
Try counting the number of orange flashes. * two flashes means you’re out of paper or the paper is not feeding correctly. * three flashes means there is a paper Jam or the output tray is closed. * four flashes means the ink tank is empty * five flashes means the print head is not installed correctly or not installed or is defective (before buying a new print head always try the cleaning instructions at the end of this post first.) * six flashes means the inner cover is open or not closed properly. * seven flashes means you counted wrong..... * eight flashes means the waste ink absorber is almost full or full. * nine flashes mean that a digital camera or video that is connected is not compatible with the printer. If a specific amount of time lapses without getting a response from the digital camera or video camcorder this will happen. * ten flashes means it can not print to both sides of the page * eleven flashes means the automatic print head alignment failed. (this can be caused by low ink levels, ink tanks not being installed correctly, the print heads being clogged. It can also be caused by the paper output slot being exposed to a strong light source (Press the resume /cancel button and move the printer to a darker location and try to align the print head again. * check to make sure the lock lever is correctly positioned (down) If the above does not work, align the print head manually by opening the printer properties dialog box and clicking the maintenance tab and then select the print heal alignment button on the left side, second row down.
Hi, I work for Directv in the technical department... it is normal for the error message you listed to display on the tv when programming the remote. All you have to do is completely ignore whatever it says on the screen and just complete the remote programming process. I will summarize the instructions for you: First, press and hold mute and select until the green light above the mode switch on the REMOTE flashes twice(can take about 5 seconds of holding down before the green light flashes), then enter your 5 digit code using the keypad on the remote(no matter what it says on the screen-still ignore), after entering the code the green light should immediately flash twice again(that confirms the code was entered correctly), once that happens try pressing the volume up button on the remote, if volume bar displays on the screen increasing the volume then that is the correct code. Once that is all done and volume then works from directv remote slide the mode switch on remote back over to the left under DTV symbol and use remote as normal. Once you change channels or pretty much press any button on remote that is Directv related the error messages will disappear. I usually just press the exit button on the remote in irectv mode to clear the error messages. Hope this helps. :)
you need to flash the bios to a newer version - go to www.hp.com and type in your model number and then locate the latest flash - re-flashing this to the latest flash will fix your problem - also upgrade the drivers on your PC as well
0x error codes indicate that the product has an internal error. Try to reset the printer:
1. Without turning off the product, disconnect the USB cable from the rear of the product. 2. Remove the cartridges from the product. 3. Wait for the 'Insert Cartridges
' message to display on the control panel. 4. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the product. 5. Wait 60 seconds. 6. Reconnect the power cord. If the product does not automatically turn on, press the Power button 7. Reinsert the cartridges, and then close any open doors on the product 8. If you receive a prompt to print a calibration page, do so. 9. Reconnect the USB cable to the rear of the product, and then try printing again.
1. First, clean your printer. Get some spray-n-wipe cleaner and a clean cloth and clean the entire inside of the printer. Also ensure your paper isn't dirty. Now print a test page. Does the symptom persist? 2. Remove all jammed paper. Check the paper tray first. Look closely at the paper rollers nearest where the paper exits the printer; this is a common source of jams. If you’re trying to print labels, they will often jam just before exiting the printer. 3. Try to print a test page. Does the printer still jam? If you can find no source of the jamming, check the printer's message display window and refer to your user’s manual to look up the printer error code.
