USB 3.0 pci-e card into 1x pci-e slot not detected at all (inLine card w/ NEC usb 3.0 controller uPD720200)

Your mainboard does not support pci-e cards in the white socket.
They are TOTALLY INCOMPATIBLE with each other.
The PCI Express x1 is for a graphic card.
Usb 3,0 cards does exsist as pcix and this is what you are looking for.

SOURCE: PCI Slot not detect any device
Please post questions in detail to help us to serve you better. The answer which I'll be providing you is based on assumption on the little data you have provided. I think you haven't loaded the driver for the said card and hence, your PC is unable to detect the card. The drivers are usually supplied with the card on a disc,Just run the disc and if should solve your problem.

Your laptop should have been supplied with a Utility CD which contains a copy of the user manual and all the drivers. There is also a copy of the drivers on the laptop itself, you can find it by browsing to the c:\applications\drivers folder. Finally you can download some of them from The Tech Guys website.
The Wireless LAN card uses a Ralink RT72 chipset so if you're struggling to find drivers then the "USB(RT257x/RT2671)" ones on the Ralink site should work - http://www.ralinktech.com/support.php.
Memory Upgrades This laptop has two memory slots. One slot is accessed by removing the cover underneath the laptop (see the "Bottom of Laptop" section below)
